Dr Shikha Gray is a Melbourne-based psychologist with online availability throughout Australia. She works with individuals (16+) and couples facing a variety of challenges including depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, trauma, grief and loss, relationship or family problems, parenting issues, and health setbacks (e.g. diabetes).
